Cancellation due to weather warnings - automatically booked on to another trip at the same price or refund at 85%.
Personal cancellation - MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS NOTICE with 85% refund. Short notice(under 7 days), loss of full trip cost.
Covid-19 cancellation - automatically booked on to another trip at the same price or refund at 85%.
Covid-19 trip amendment - refund of 15% if there are any changes required due to government guidance.
